Studio Policies

Our goal is simple: make it easy to get into class, stay consistent, and build your healthiest new addiction.

General Booking

We want you to plan ahead without making booking feel like work.

  • Gold, Silver & Bronze Memberships: Book up to 30 days ahead.
  • Future bookings for all membership types: Hold up to 14 future reservations at once, including waitlist bookings.

Cross Studio Bookings

Your membership isn't limited to your home studio. You can use it to book classes at other participating Pilates Addiction studios, making it easier to stay consistent when you're traveling, across town, or just want to try another studio.

Waitlists

Don't give up on your class just because it's full. Join the waitlist, spots open up all the time.

When a spot becomes available, waitlisted clients are automatically added to the class on a first come, first served basis. Keep your email notifications turned on so you don't miss an opening.

Waitlist reservations count toward your 14 open bookings. In order to avoid the no-show or late cancel policy, cancel yourself off the waitlist if plans change.

Class Arrival

First class? Arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around, get you comfortable on the AURUM® Reformer, and make sure your Educator has everything they need to give you a great first experience.

After that, aim to arrive 5 minutes early so you can check in, get set up, and be ready when class starts.

We allow a 5-minute grace period after class begins. After that, we can't admit late arrivals. It helps your Educator keep the class safe, focused, and moving together.

After 5 minutes, if a class is full, an unclaimed reservation may be released to someone who's at the studio and ready to jump in.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for every class for safety, stability, and cleanliness.

Forgot yours? No problem. We have them available in the studio for purchase.

Minors

Pilates Addiction group classes are open to clients 14 and older.

  • Ages 14–15: A parent or legal guardian must also attend the class.
  • Ages 16–17: May attend on their own with a parent or legal guardian's signed waiver.
  • Under 14: Not permitted in group classes. Contact the studio to ask about private-session options.

Have an injury, limitation, pregnancy, or anything else that could affect your movement?

Arrive early and let your Educator know before class so they can help you make smart modifications and get the most out of your time on the AURUM® Reformer.

Class Cancellations

Life happens. We get it.

If you are a Gold, Silver or Bronze member, a late cancellation or no-show doesn't cost you the class credit you used to book. Your credit goes back into your account so you can use every class you're paying for.

  • Cancel 12+ hours before class: No fee and your credit used to book is returned.
  • Late cancel within 12 hours: Your credit used to book is returned + $15 fee.
  • No show or cancel after class starts: Your credit used to book is returned + $20 fee.
  • Class pack holders will lose a credit, no fee applies.

The fees help keep class availability fair and give other members the best chance to get into the classes they want.

Need to cancel? Please do so through the Pilates Addiction app or your online account at least 12 hours ahead so your spot can be released as quickly as possible.

Private Classes

Private sessions are all about you with a dedicated Educator, one AURUM® Reformer, and a session built around what you want to achieve. Because that time is reserved specifically for you, private sessions require more notice built into the cancellation policy.

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your session: No charge or credit deduction.
  • Cancel within 24 hours: The private session will be returned to your account and a $50 fee applies.
  • No show: The private session will be charged or deducted from your package and a $50 fee applies.

Need to make a change? Contact the studio directly and we'll help get you rescheduled.

Phone Policy

Once class starts, phones go away and are silenced so everyone can stay connected to the workout, the Educator, and the room. We prohibit recording with any device in the studio without approved permission.

Freezes

30+ day freezes may be available upon request. Freeze requests should be submitted to your studio in writing at least 14 days ahead of time. Freezes are subject to a $15 fee per month.

  • Non-Medical: Can apply only to memberships.
  • Medical: Can apply to both memberships and class packages with reasonable documentation.
