Maddie Munio
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Maddie has always been passionate about health and wellness, and sees movement as a healing mechanism. When she started her Pilates journey, Maddie fell in love with the practice, the people, and the way that every person can make Pilates their own. Maddie is dedicated to helping people transform and flourish. Meeting clients where they are at in their fitness journey, Maddie will make sure you feel your best both in the studio and outside of it! As Maddie’s favorite saying goes… Movement Heals!! Victoria’s journey to Educator began with a rich background as a gymnast, professional dancer, and cheerleader. Now, as a graduate student pursuing a career in psychology and counseling, Victoria is dedicated to balancing her life through the strength and health gained from her Pilates practice. Passionate about the well-being of others, Victoria brings her energy, encouragement, and uplifting spirit to every class. Join her to stay motivated and inspired on your fitness journey!
Liza (she/her) started her journey with in 2015 after the birth of her daughter. Starting out as a client, Liza decided to reinvent herself as a Pilates Educator, and completed Educator Training in 2016. Since then, Liza has immersed herself in the practice, and went on to get her certification through Long Beach Dance Conditioning in 2019. She has been the Master Educator Trainer for Pilates Addiction since 2019, and loves mentoring new educators.
When not teaching pilates, Liza is an avid off-road enthusiast, a three-time Rebelle Rally competitor (a top 10 finisher in 2023), and loves exploring the desert with a map and compass. She also loves skiing, curling, and being a mom to her awesome ten year old.
Julia has been hooked on Pilates Addiction since stumbling on a class back in 2021. As a former dancer, she values a workout that prioritizes an intentional approach to movement. The Wundabar method has given Julia the confidence to feel strong when discovering new active challenges outside of the studio. Come check out her methodical flow that is sure to introduce you to that pilates shake you've heard so much about!
Paulyn is a dedicated Pilates educator and cast member on POPSUGAR’s PS Fit, where she shares her love of movement with a wide-reaching community. For her, Pilates is more than just a workout—it’s a form of therapy, a reset, and a way to feel grounded. In the studio, she’s known for teaching classes that challenge both body and mind, with a strong focus on form, control, and building strength from the inside out. Paulyn believes that any BODY can be a Pilates body—there’s no one way to look or move to be part of the practice. Outside the studio, she’s often creating, collaborating, and exploring ways to move and feel good. As an educator, her mission is to help people feel strong, capable, and empowered in their own bodies—on and off the WundaFormer.
Jenna started her Pilates journey as a way to rehabilitate and stay active after an adductor strain. Starting out as a student, her passion for Pilates grew and she knew she had to become an instructor. Her Pilates Addiction teacher training garnered a new type of passion for movement and paired with a BFA in dance performance and years of professional dance experience, gave her a better understanding of how to create an impactful class to help others achieve their own personal fitness goals. When she’s not in the studio, Jenna is most likely curled up with her cats at home, knitting and watching various docuseries’. She loves matcha, traveling, and all animals, so please show her a picture of your pets if you have the time!

Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, Shaynah moved to California in 2007. Growing up playing sports, her love of fitness began at a young age. From soccer, basketball, softball, swim, track and cross country, she loved staying active which transferred into adulthood. Shaynah enjoys strength training, being outside in the sun, whether that is tanning, going for long walks at the beach with her two little dogs, or hiking. She also has a huge love for all things music, the arts and people! She hopes to help others fall in love with fitness as a way to feel stronger and more confident in their own skin!
