“Hands down the best Pilates studio in LOS ANGELES. I’ve tried reformer Pilates all over, and nothing compares to the strength and focus here.”
Diane Kingstone, LA
Pilates Addiction was created for people who want more from Pilates, more strength, more focus, and more reason to keep showing up.
Some Pilates becomes too basic over time. Other studios swing the opposite direction, turning Pilates into something loud, chaotic, or bootcamp-like. Pilates Addiction sits in a different place entirely.
Every class is intentionally designed to challenge your body without losing control, connection, or the core principles that make Pilates work.
You’re guided. You’re challenged.
You build over time.
Every class is built on intelligent movement, grounded in biomechanics, intentional sequencing, and progression that builds over time.

Do I need Pilates experience to try Pilates Addiction?
No. Pilates Addiction is designed for beginners and experienced clients. Our Educators will guide you through class, help you understand the machine, and support you through the movement.
What type of Pilates is Pilates Addiction?
Pilates Addiction blends classical Pilates technique with modern strength, cardio, and core work. Classes are performed on our exclusive Aurum™ Reformer and are designed to feel focused, challenging, and progressive.
What makes Pilates Addiction different from other reformer Pilates studios?
Our classes are built around the patented Aurum™ Reformer, which combines the Reformer, Jump Board, Ballet Barre, and Wunda Chair into one connected machine. That means smoother transitions, more time under tension, and a full-body class experience you can only find at Pilates Addiction.
What is the Aurum™ Reformer?
The Aurum™ Reformer is our patented, gold-plated reformer available exclusively at Pilates Addiction. It connects multiple pieces of Pilates equipment into one beautiful, powerful machine so every class moves with more flow, purpose, and intensity.
What class should I take first?
If you are new to Pilates Addiction, IGNITE is a great place to start. It introduces you to the Aurum™ Reformer, our class style, and the way we move. If you have questions, the studio team can help you choose the best first class.
What types of classes does Pilates Addiction offer?
Pilates Addiction offers a diverse class system that includes IGNITE, CORE+, MAX, and MOBILITY RX. Each class has a different focus, from foundational movement and core strength to higher intensity work and recovery-based mobility.
